Welcome!
My name is Catherine (or Cat) and I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also a Fit For Birth Pre- And Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. After feeling disappointed by the narrow and shallow focus of the fitness industry, I decided to pursue my Master's Degree in Health and Wellness Management. I have used my experience from working in the fitness industry within a variety of settings, positions and with a variety of clients as well as my personal experience of pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, eating disorder recovery, exercise dependence recovery and burnout recovery to create a program that helps the whole woman. We are more than the sum of our parts and deserve to learn how to care for ourselves mindfully, holistically and throughout the lifespan.
